PDF Reader Data Deletion

1. Delete your account in the app

Open PDF Reader, go to Settings, then Account, and choose to delete your account. You’ll see what is deleted before you confirm.

2. Delete your account without the app

You don’t need the app. Email support@lemonkitestudio.com from the address on your account, with the subject Delete my account. If you cannot reach your email, tell us in your message and we will help.

3. Delete specific data

You can ask us to delete specific data without deleting your whole account. Email us and say what you want removed.

4. What gets deleted

We delete your account, your email address and sign-in details, your devices and settings, and your support conversations. Your Lemon Kite account is one account, so deleting it applies wherever you use it.

5. What we keep and why

We keep limited records for up to 6 years, as required for tax, refunds, security and fraud prevention, with no name or email address.

6. The 7-day window

Your account is deleted 7 days after your request. You can cancel within those 7 days by writing to support@lemonkitestudio.com. After that it cannot be undone.

7. How long it takes

Once the 7 days are over, we delete your data from our live systems promptly. It can take a little longer to clear from our secure backups, and we don’t use those backups for anything else in the meantime.

8. Files on your phone

Your PDFs, highlights and notes stay on your phone until you delete them. Deleting your account does not touch them. Uninstalling the app removes the app’s own data, and your PDFs stay in your phone’s storage.

If you never made an account, we hold no account to delete. To delete a message you sent us, email us from the same address.

9. Purchases and subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription, so cancel it on Google Play first. One-time purchases stay on your Google account and can be restored later on Google Play.
