Data Deletion Policy

1. How to ask

Email support@lemonkitestudio.com from the address on your account, with the subject Delete my account. You don’t need the app. Where an app offers it, you can also delete your account inside the app under Settings, Account. If you cannot reach your email, tell us in your message and we will help.

2. What gets deleted

We delete your account, your email address and sign-in details, your devices and settings, the data you stored with us, and your support conversations.

Files and data on your phone stay until you delete them or uninstall the app. Deleting your account does not touch them.

You can also ask us to delete specific data without deleting your whole account.

3. What we keep and why

We keep limited records for up to 6 years, as required for tax, refunds, security and fraud prevention, with no name or email address.

4. The 7-day window

Your account is deleted 7 days after your request. You can cancel within those 7 days by writing to support@lemonkitestudio.com. After that it cannot be undone.

5. How long it takes

Once the 7 days are over, we delete your data from our live systems promptly. It can take a little longer to clear from our secure backups, and we don’t use those backups for anything else in the meantime.

6. Your purchases

Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription, so cancel it on Google Play first. One-time purchases stay on your Google account and can be restored later on Google Play.

7. Without an account

If you never made an account, your data is on your phone, and uninstalling the app removes it. To delete a message you sent us, or anything else we hold, email us from the same address.
