1. About these terms

These rules apply to everyone who uses a Lemon Kite website or app, with or without an account. They sit alongside the Terms of Service, which is the contract for accounts and purchases. How we handle data is in the Privacy Policy.

2. Acceptable use

You may use our apps and websites for personal or work use, as long as that is lawful. Use the features as they are meant to be used, and respect the limits shown in each app.

3. What you must not do

You must not:

  • Break the law or harm others with our services
  • Try to break, overload or get around our security, limits or checks
  • Use bots, scrapers or scripts on our services, other than search engines reading our public pages
  • Copy, resell or reverse engineer our apps, except where the law allows it
  • Share paid features with people who have not paid for them, or use modified apps to unlock them
  • Use a false identity, or pretend to be someone else
  • Create accounts or use codes in bulk to get around limits

4. Prohibited content

You must not use our services to make, store, send or share content that:

  • Sexually exploits or endangers children
  • Threatens, harasses or promotes violence against people
  • Includes someone’s private details without their permission
  • Infringes someone else’s rights, such as copyright
  • Contains malware, or is meant to deceive people or steal from them
  • Is otherwise illegal where you live or where it is sent

5. AI features

AI results can be wrong. Check anything important before you rely on it, and do not use AI features for medical, legal or financial decisions without checking with a qualified person. Do not use them to produce the content listed in section 4.

6. Abuse and limits

We use limits, automatic checks and reports to protect our users and our services. If something looks like abuse, we may slow it down, limit a feature or suspend access, as the Terms of Service explain. If you think we got it wrong, write to us and a person will look at it.

7. Intellectual property

Our apps, names, logos, designs, text and help articles belong to Lemon Kite Studio or its licensors. You may use our apps as these terms allow, but you don’t get any ownership of them. You may not use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you. Google Play and the Google Play logo are trademarks of Google LLC.

8. Open source

Our apps use open source software, and those parts are covered by their own licences. Nothing in these terms limits what those licences allow.

If you think something on our services infringes your copyright, write to us with what it is, where it is and why you have the right to complain. We will look at it and remove it if we should.

10. Reporting

Tell us about abuse, illegal content or a security problem at support@lemonkitestudio.com. Use the subject line Report, and say which app or page it’s about and what happened. If you find a security issue, please give us a fair chance to fix it before you share it, and don’t access other people’s data to prove it.

Our pages may link to other sites, such as Google Play. We don’t control those sites, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.

12. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will update this page and the date at the top.
