• Which app, and its version
• Your phone model and Android version
• What you did, what you expected, and what happened
• A screenshot if you have one

Purchases and refunds

Charged but no Pro, a restore that failed, or a refund question. Purchases go through Google Play, so Google Play's refund rules apply, and we will help you with the rest. The Terms of Service have the details. Please include:

• The app and what you bought
• The order number from your Google Play receipt
• The date of the purchase

Privacy and data requests

Ask what we hold, correct it, export it or delete it. Read the Privacy Policy, the PDF Reader privacy page and the Data Deletion Policy. Please write from the address on your account, so we can check it's you.
